While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Insight Ministry is not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier, but we will gladly assist in tracking and support.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier
Insight Ministry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
If needed, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
