Carl Schulz speaks with one primary burden in mind: to help people know God more deeply, understand His truth more clearly, and develop a real and lasting relationship with Him. More than a speaker, Carl comes as a servant of the message. His heart is not centered on financial gain, but on the opportunity to encourage, challenge, and strengthen people in their walk with God. Whether your gathering is large or small, formal or informal, Carl welcomes opportunities to minister where hearts are open and truth is desired. He is available for 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day speaking engagements, including churches, conferences, retreats, special services, leadership events, and other ministry settings.
What to Expect
Carl brings decades of ministry experience, biblical teaching, personal restoration, and a passion for helping people move beyond surface-level faith into deeper understanding.
His speaking ministry is especially suited for gatherings that desire:

Booking Requirements
To make each engagement possible and sustainable, the following basic expenses are requested:
Travel
- Driving: $0.75 per mile to and from the event
- Air Travel: Round-trip airfare
Lodging
- A local motel or hotel arranged and covered by the hosting church or organization for the full duration of the stay
Meals
- All meals covered from the first meal after arrival through the final meal before departure
Honorarium
A guaranteed honorarium of $500 is requested for each engagement.
In addition, a love offering at each service is appreciated. It is hoped that the love offering will cover the guarantee and exceed it, but the greater purpose is to allow those who are blessed by the ministry to participate in supporting the work.
Carl’s desire is not to place financial pressure on churches or organizations, but to make it possible to continue serving, teaching, writing, and ministering wherever God opens the door.
Ministry Resources
Carl also requests the opportunity to offer his books, music, and other ministry resources during the event.
These materials help extend the message beyond the service itself and give people something meaningful to take with them for continued study, reflection, encouragement, and spiritual growth.
